You know it very well. You want to win the best Christmas decoration competition this year. You can't stand the Mrs. X from the next door always winning. It must be you. You bought the newest set of lights available on the market. It is colorful, flashing in five modes. Did you assure yourself it is used for outside decoration?Yes, the security don't come to our minds during Christmas. We think about the food, gifts, Christmas tree,... lot of things. May be this is also a reason, why so many accidents happen on Christmas day. People are tired from the preparation, happy to reach the Christmas Eve happily and forget to take care of electric stuff.Lights on the tree, around the window, outside on the balcony, maybe also on your roof. Please, be careful about this and don't hazard with electricity. Check the wire before installing it. Frayed or exposed wire can cause an electrocusion or a fire.It is good to look into instruction of the producer. Some wires are specialized for outdoor decoration, some can be used only inside. Check the cable and the bulbs, change the blow ones.Electricity is not the only danger. Do your best not to annoy your relatives. If you do, you risk flying gifts, Christmas tree or ... whatever. It could be dangerous and put you in a real trouble. Best driving mad methods are... you know best, so avoid them.
