Comcast.net site was hacked by Lucia Hrusovska

Using of computers and especially using of the Internet became an inseparable part of a life of every modern man. This advanced techniques facilitate day-to-day activities we are forced to do in many ways and many of us are not able to imagine the world without them any more. Today you can make a purchase, pay bills, check your bank account, communicate face to face with your friends, send a brief without having to move out of your house. But, as it happens sometimes, nothing is only good and besides all these positives, there are also some negative facts connected with all these modern conveniences. One of these dangers is represented by hackers for example. There are many stories when hackers got in some private system or Internet side and accrued damage was really huge. This case happened also during the night form Tuesday to Wednesday, May 28. Comcast Corporation became a victim of their attack. Comcast Corporation is the largest cable television company and the second largest Internet Service provider in the United States. While they had Comcast under their control, more than 14,1 million subscribers could not log in and get access to the site for e-mail, news or potential technical support. The hackers also replaced the original front page of the side with note saying that hackers had “RoXed” Comcast. Jennifer Khoury, who is Comcast spokeswoman, said that this problem had been already solved but it could happen that some users would be still unable to access Comcast.net side.

Používanie počítačov a obzvlášť využívanie Internetu sa stalo neoddeliteľnou súčasťou života každého človeka. Tieto novodobé technológie nám uľahčujú dennodenné aktivity, ktoré sme nútení vykonávať a mnohí z nás si život bez nich už ani nevedia predstaviť. Dnes môžete pokojne urobiť nákup, zaplatiť účty, skontrolovať svoje bankové konto, komunikovať tvarou v tvár so svojimi priateľmi či poslať list bez toho, aby ste sa museli pohnúť z domu. Avšak, ako to už býva, nič nie je iba dobré a popri všetkých týchto pozitívach, existuje aj zopár negatívnych faktov spojených s používaním takýchto moderných vymožeností. Jendno z nebezpečenstiev prestavujú taktiež hackeri. Existuje veľa príbehov keď sa hackeri nabúrali do súkromného počítačového systému alebo Internetovej stránky a vzniknuté škody boli skutočne obrovské. Takýto prípad sa stal aj v priebehu noci z utorka na stredu, 28 mája. Obeťou tohto útoku sa stala Comcast Corporation. Comcast Corporation je najväčšou káblovou televíznou spoločnosťou a poskytovateľom služby Interent v Spojených Štátoch Amerických. Počas doby keď mali hackeri Comcast pod svojou kontrolou, viac ako 14,1 miliónov používateľov sa nemohlo prihlásiť do systému, získať prístup k svojim mailovým schránkam, správam či technickej podpore. Hackeri tiež nahradili pôvodnú úvodnú stránku nápisom o ich úspechu a víre, ktorý zanechali. Hovorkyňa spoločnosti Comcast Jennifer Khoury povedala, že problém bol už vyriešený, no napriek tomu sa stále môžu vyskytnúť prípady, kedy užívatelia nebudú schopní dostať sa na stránku Comcast.

L'usage des ordinateurs et particulièrement de l'Internet est devenu une partie inséparable de la vie de chaque homme moderne. Ces avancées techniques facilitent des activités de quatidiennes que nous sommes forcés de faire de beaucoup de manières et bon nombre d'entre nous ne peut plus imaginer le monde sans lui. Aujourd'hui vous pouvez faire des cours, payer des factures, vérifier votre compte bancaire, communiquer face à face avec vos amis, envoyer un dossier sans devoir se déplacer hors de votre maison. Mais, comme il se produite du temps en temps une chose de mal, sans compter tous leurs côtés positifs, il y a également quelques faits négatifs liés à toutes ces convenances modernes. L'un de ces dangers est représenté par des pirates par exemple. Il y a beaucoup de cas quand les pirates sont parvenus dans un certain système privé ou des sites d'Internet et dommages accrus étaient vraiment énormes. Ce cas est arrivé également pendant la nuit de mardi au mercredi le 28 mai. Comcast Corporation est devenue une victime de l'attaque des pirates. Comcast Corporation est le premier câblo-distributeur américain et le deuxième plus grand fournisseur des services d'Internet aux Etats-Unis. Lorsqu'ils ont eu Comcast sous leur commande, plus de 14.1 millions d'abonnés ne pourraient pas ouvrir une session et obtenir l'accès à l'emplacement pour l'e-mail, les nouvelles ou l'appui technique potentiel. Les intrus ont également remplacé la page d'accueil originale du site avec l'énonciation que les intrus ont eu « RoXed » Comcast. Jennifer Khoury, qui est porte-parole de Comcast, a indiqué que ce problème avait été déjà résolu mais il pourrait se produire que quelques utilisateurs ne pourraient pas encore accéder au site de Comcast.net.
